Catering Pilot

We are pleased to offer a pilot catering program for campus departments and affiliated student organizations. The pilot program will be effective August 17, 2009 until December 18, 2009. Departments and organizations will be allowed to use off-campus caterers for events in accordance with the conditions outlined below. This pilot program will provide event planners with additional catering options on a limited basis and allow the University to evaluate actual costs and benefits of waiving exclusivity and the impact on University and auxiliary finances.

How to take part in the pilot program:

1. Departments 'opt-in' to the program by clicking on the link below and sign in using your Novell username and password.




2. Be sure to read through the Terms and Conditions for using an off-campus caterer. These Terms and Conditions must be given to the caterer when you book an event. You can also direct them to this link, but it's your responsibility to assure that they're familiar with the program.




3. Complete the Intent to Cater online form - see link below. This notifies the Building Manager and PCard Compliance office that you have an upcoming event and who the caterer is.
