Catering PilotWe are pleased to offer a pilot catering program for campus departments and affiliated student organizations. The pilot program will be effective August 17, 2009 until December 18, 2009. Departments and organizations will be allowed to use off-campus caterers for events in accordance with the conditions outlined below. This pilot program will provide event planners with additional catering options on a limited basis and allow the University to evaluate actual costs and benefits of waiving exclusivity and the impact on University and auxiliary finances.
